  • Administrator – Ocadon Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0001012557, NIP: 9512558678, REGON: 524151970, email: contact@ocadon.com

  • Personal Data – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to identifiers such as a name, ID number, location data, online identifier, or factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

  • User – Any natural person visiting the Administrator’s websites or submitting inquiries, regardless of whether they conduct business activity.

  • End Customer – A natural person conducting business activity or a legal entity to whom the Administrator delivers training, implementation, or support services on behalf of an Ocadon Partner and/or Manufacturer under commercial or service agreements.

  • Ocadon Partner – A natural or legal person who enters into commercial agreements with the Administrator.

  • Manufacturer – A legal entity that produces solutions or products distributed by the Administrator.

  • Newsletter – An electronic service provided by the Administrator, involving the delivery of information about Ocadon’s services to a specified email address.

  • GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

3. Types of Personal Data Processed

The Administrator may process the following categories of personal data:

a. Name, business address, NIP, REGON – for entering into and performing product sales or service agreements.

b. Email address – for communications related to contracts, sending newsletters or marketing materials (based on consent), and handling service/training/implementation matters related to agreements with Partners or Manufacturers.

c. Phone number – for contacting Users regarding contracted services.

d. IP address – used for technical and statistical purposes.

e. Cookie identifiers, browser type, device ID, and usage behavior – collected via tracking tools and cookies (see Cookie Policy) for analytics, performance optimization, and marketing purposes, based on consent or legitimate interest.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude or fulfill contracts and receive newsletters or marketing communications. Failure to provide this data may prevent service delivery.
